It had been a little of 2-years since my carpet has been cleaned. I wanted a refresh and Technician Elmerson did a good job. He arrived about 9am and got straight to work. He was done with the 4-rooms, hallway and stairs in less than 2-houirs. I asked him to concentrate on the stairs since that was where most of the dirty spots were. I was pleased with the service that was provided and will be calling again next year.

It was a small job, only our stairs and they were very willing even though a small job and half the cost of the other company's I contacted. Stairs looks new again and I highly recommend Zerorez and will certainly use again.

This is the first time I’ve used your company. I did feel like the fee for doing a deep deodorizing of pet area was too high for such a small area so I chose not to purchase that. Otherwise, the carpet is clean and I’m satisfied. Technician was pleasant and did a good job.
