Service

I have already recommended Zerorez to family and friends. They did a great job cleaning my carpet, it dried quickly and had no after smell. I don’t believe home carpet cleaners have the power to be as effective. Even the most picky of my relatives was very pleased. The young man who cleaned it was very polite and informative. I would definitely recommend them.

Zerorez always does a great job cleaning our area rug and carpet. They arrive on time and maintain great communication. Thanks! Stacey Martin

Friendly and very easy to schedule and work with. This is the second time using them and quality is great too.

Tristen was great... very friendly and professional!

Great fresh look, smells clean, and great technician

Tristen was very professional, courteous, and had so much knowledge to share about how to maintain the flooring. He provided tips on hardwood, not just carpeting. He was very mindful where he had to pull the hose through 3 doors. He answered every question I had and made sure to honor the discount that was discussed through texting. Highly recommend and I'd ask him again to do the cleaning!

They did an amazing clean up. Serviceman was pleasant, informative about clean up after care .
This 80yr.old has had her share of carpet cleaning and would give my highest regards to service and the tech .

I was so happy

Friendly efficient and good pricing

The staff is always friendly, courteous, and will explain what their services are doing as far as efficiency. They are knowledgeable in their product and quick to complete the scheduled project!

Tristen did a wonderful job cleaning my dad’s mattress. He was professional, courteous, and took his time to make sure everything was thoroughly cleaned. We’re very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend Tristen and Zerorez!

Scheduling staff is easy to work with, cleaner was on time to clean, job well done on carpet. Thank you.

We used Zero Rez back in DFW before we sold our home and when we were moving into our home in KS I reached out. They were able to get in me the NEXT day and they had a special going. It is always a great experience with them. William was great!

You all are my go-to cleaning company at my church and at my home. I can always plan on very qualified technicians, outstanding technology, on-time arrival and of course a clean church and home

I’ve used Zerorez services in the past and have been very satisfied with the efficiency and effectiveness of the technicians and price point for their services.

Wonderful technician explained everything was very careful moving about the house and bringing his equipment and got the rug which was badly stained with the dog poop and really got it out. I was really impressed. Very happy with the service we’ve used it before.

We were very pleased with the gentleman that cleaned our carpets. He was very informative regarding what he was doing and offered several ideas as to what we could do to keep our carpets clean. We enjoyed talking with him and will use Zerorez again.
