The technician (Joel Steed) was very personable, courteous, and knowledgeable about the products, etc. Our carpet is 21 years old (albeit, no pets and/or children), we were totally amazed at the results. We've used other carpet cleaning companies in the past, but the results we received from Zerorez has been by far the best.

1. The technique of cleaning carpets is unlike any other that I have experienced. Rugs get clean. they dry quickly, and the old spots/stains do not return. 2. The technicians are very polite, and explain everything from how the cleaning process works, what to expect, and pricing. 3. The cleaning solution can is provided in a spray bottle and can be used on most everything with very good results.

The providers were polite and ask questions before beginning. The carpet is 10 years old so the appearance after the cleaning made a wonderful difference. I will recommend Zerorez.
