The honesty that Steve shared with my husband on the "tour" of our carpet was great. We knew we had high, but realistic, expectations. While our carpet is older, it still looks a LOT better than it did. He was able to get out many of the stains and refresh it back to a much better state.

The service technician called to let me know he was about 40 minutes away, he was on time, and knowledgable about his product and only treated the pet problem areas that needed it. I had him clean three rooms, a hallway, and some stairs and the price was very reasonable. I will use this company again.
