The service technician called to let me know he was about 40 minutes away, he was on time, and knowledgable about his product and only treated the pet problem areas that needed it. I had him clean three rooms, a hallway, and some stairs and the price was very reasonable. I will use this company again.

No residue is left in the carpet. The young man was very professional and courteous. The carpet looks great. There is one spot that did not match the rest of the carpet but it was right in front of the couch and the man explained to me that frize carpet breaks down with wear. I think that is what happened. I was very pleased with the overall service and finished look of the carpet.
