The gentleman's name I believe was Josh. He was very well-mannered and thoughtful to wear his shoe covers. Josh had lots of knowledge regarding the products he uses. I did not purchase the pet protection service but will the next time I have my carpets cleaned. The price was right and Josh showed up during the scheduled time. Very efficient!
