The work was done in a timely and efficient manner. The technicians paid attention to problem areas and did a good job. My only complaint is somewhat deceptive billing. When they told me $4 per stair I was annoyed. This should have been discussed earlier since they knew it was a second floor rug and to get there you use stairs.

No chemicals or smell afterward. Carpet looked like new! Very quick process and dried quickly.

I used Zerorez in California and when I mover to Mo. it was not here. Now that it is here I will use them for cleaning my carpets. I had a spot remover that I got in California but Zerorez didn't use it anymore but I got the one they have now and looking foreword to seeing how it compares to the old spot remover.

I love zerorez. The online booking is extremely convenient. The pricing is very fair and the tech, Mike, was a delight to have here at the house.

I responded to an email with a coupon and set up appointment. And that appointment was kept and the work was done in a very efficient manner and done well. We did two homes together and he worked with me on calling when done for me to return and lock up!
