I had zerorez come to my home to clean and oriental rug and two loveseats. The young men were extremely polite and did a great job. They noted that the loveseats are velvet and had the forethought to check the label and found that a water based cleaning was not recommended. So they only cleaned the rug. The rug had been in my old house for many years and was filthy. They brought it back to life and it looks wonderful. Once again a great job from this company

Some of our carpet was 22 yrs old and for the most part it look Brand new once it had been cleaned.
I called last minute to see if there was any way to get our carpets cleaned in our new home before we moved in. They were more than happy to get someone over and do the job! I really appreciated them helping us out! Carpets look and smell great too!

John arrived early, explained their carpet cleaning process, time to complete, placed wall barriers around the wall corners so his equipment did not damage our walls (no other carpet cleaning firm ever did that to protect our walls). He explained the safety of their cleaning products, was professional, friendly, respectful of our dwelling and John one outstanding job of cleanig our 20+ year old carpets making them look like new. That was the third time we used Zerorez and we would highly recommend John, and his company, for anyone seeking a reasonably priced and professional carpet cleaning firm.

The carpet feels soft after your cleaning process. Most of the time, when other companies clean it, the carpet feels hard from the residue they leave behind.
