Service was polite, punctual, and hardworking. There was a misunderstanding about one of the rooms requested to be cleaned. Some areas took almost 24 hrs to dry even though I had ceiling fans and attic fan going. But aside from that, I was very pleased with the quality of work and the finished result. My carpets look soooo much better and done so without harsh chemicals. That's a win in my book!!

Because the rug was wool, not all the stains could be removed; he explained why and also apologized that he couldn't make it perfect. Overall, it was a good experience. Oh, yes...and you gave me same-day service. That was totally unexpected and over the top great service!
