The technician was punctual, polite and very professional! Although the carpet looks much better, unfortunately, the high traffic areas didn't seem to take the cleaning as much as I hoped. I can see some difference, but I was hoping for a better outcome. Which is why the 9 rating verses a perfect 10. I would still most definitely recommend Zeroez, and will call them back again!

Your technician was personable and explained what he was going to do and why. I like that there is no residue left to attract dirt and there is nothing left to be of danger to pets.
Everything from the selling of the service to the politeness of the cleaner was excellent.
The only issue with my service was there was leftover stuff in the street from the truck - the company came the next day and cleaned if off.
The quality of the cleaning was excellent - the carpets haven't looked this good since we originally bought it years ago. I will be using the service again when needed.
