The communication we received throughout this whole process was outstanding. An estimate for the carpet cleaning job was provided over the phone along with a follow up email confirming the quote and date of service. The email clearly described the service and what was expected of ourselves to help make the process go as smoothly as possible. Reminder emails were also sent about the date and time. On the day of the service the cleaning representative, William Rodriquez, called ahead of time letting us know he was coming. Once on the job he explained what he was going to do and after the service he made sure that we were satisfied with the outcome. The price was very competitive, the cleaning result was outstanding, and the service level could not have been better.

We had a technician come to clean our furniture that had gotten quite dirty with pets. She did a great job of getting them to look great again! We were very pleased with our Zerorez service.

Air Duct cleaning

Matt the technician was very professional and answered all my questions prior to any service work. We did walk through of all the vents and returns for the duct cleaning service that was to be performed. He provide before and after pictures. He called about 30mins before arriving and arrive at the scheduled time. Overall i am very pleased with the service i received and will recommend to my neighbors in my area.
