I have used ZeroRez for many years. I like their cleaning chemical. My house smells clean and fresh not perfumed. Victoria, our recent technician, called to ask if she could come early. We were ready and had a busy day ahead of us so that she could start early was wonderful. Victoria was very professional and got right to work after a few questions. She finished quickly and addressed all of the trouble spots on our carpet. She did a great job!

Uses less water than other carpet cleaners so drying takes less time. No crunchy feeling from soap residue. Spot cleaner got dog vomit stains out of white carpet without any stains reappearing. Technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Mat was my technician and a joy to work with. He explained everything he was doing and there were no surprises or high pressure sales tactics. I would highly recommend Zerorez!
