Gray was nice and informative. He did not sugar-coat anything and made no promises. However, your website is misleading claiming to clean pet odor and spots, which is why I decided to use your company. Granted, we have old carpet (probably the original), and I have had some pet accidents and deliberates. I have purchaed a room divider which will keep my cat out of that area from this point forward, but I can still smell the odor.
