I have used Zerorez in the past but since we had moved further out I was not certain if they would come that far. I was pleased when they said they did with a little additional trip fee. My tech, William, showed up early which never happens. He came in and we did a walkthrough where I showed him the areas to be cleaned and any concerns I had. We have some real trouble spots from pets (both prior to our moving in and since from ours) in the basement area that I could never get out. He took great care to explain the options that he had available to tackle them. Also, to let me know that realistically some of them may not come out completely or if the pad underneath had absorbed the urine what additional steps we could take on our own. One of the options was saturating the area and extracting it out. It's a bit of a pricey option so he said he would show me a bit of how it works or if it'll work so I could decide if I wanted to spend the extra. After the demo, I decided to have him do it and am really pleased with how well the stains came out. It looks so much better now! William went above and beyond and it was such a pleasure working with him!
All of the carpets came out looking fantastic and the house feels so fresh! I definitely recommend using these guys. We have always had great results!

Service is eco friendly, free of soap, harsh chemicals and fragrance. Our serviceman was excellent! Very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Carpet looks clean and fresh and had a quick drying time. We purchased the 3 room special and added a pet deodorizer and the cost was very affordable!
