The technician was very kind and polite. He explained each step as he was cleaning the carpet. We could not believe the difference a Professional Carpet Cleaning could do, WOW. Are carpet is old and we had a couple pets as well so we had a few accidents. As hard as we tried we just couldn't get the spots cleaned. Yea a little better but he took care of everything. He was getting person and was highly qualified to do the job, his name was Castor. He also explained the Air Duct Cleaning that they do and explained how it is done. If you need your Carpets cleaned don't hesitate to call them. Well worth the money. One more thing, when he left the carpets were barely wet and dried quickly.

I had an emergency at my church that required immediate attention. Dillion was able to add my needs to his schedule to extract water due to a huge rain that allowed water to soak a classroom carpet. He got it cleaned up and due to the superior process the carpet dried quickly.

The young man who came to clean our carpets has been here before to clean our carpets and clean our ductwork. He is very courteous and thorough. He does amazing work. You are so lucky to have an employee as good as him.
