When he got here, he looked at the sofa, listened to my concerns, and was very reassuring that about what could be done (it looked pretty bad from being in an apartment with 4 young men). When he was finished, the sofa looked SO much better. He explained what all he did and answered my questions.

Your company products work amazingly well seeing as you all do not use soaps or detergents. I was truly impressed with the quality of the cleaning performed by Joel Balcom he was very knowledgeable at his craft and he was very personable. I would recommend Zerorez and Joel to anyone in my neighborhood. I never thought I would try Zerorez seeing as to how I was a Stanley Steemer Tech for years hahaha. You guys got my approval and business as long as I need to get our carpets cleaned. I feel like this cleaning was worth every dollar. It was easy from the point of scheduling to the tech arriving at the front door. Forget the rest call the best!

Caster the technician was very thorough and meticulous in his job.
He shared the pictures of before and after and it was not a pretty site, however the cleaning process and the anti microbial spray we felt was needed due to that extra peace of mind!

I am a repeat customer or many reasons. This time my technician was Castor. He was over and above fantastic. Your team is always professional, knowledgeable , timely, respectful, polite, courteous, interpersonal, and concise. Exceptional service with a matching price. Thorough treatment. Here are several of my favorite attributes about the ZeroRez process: completed in record time (and by no means due to cutting corners), everything is portable and from the truck (no hoses running through my home , no outside doors having to stay open, no using my sinks), the noise is minimal ( love this!), ingredients are non toxic/ environmental and pet friendly, there’s no odor/ fragrance afterwards, can walk on carpets straight away (typically I wait several hours to make sure, but a jic I’d need to is always nice), and the cherry ion top is that you’re payment process is paperless- so checkout is a breeze, a link gets sent and payment is complete via phone. Your company is up to date with technology and in so many others ways. Thank you for staying ahead of the pack, standing out against the rest, and for leading the industry with your innovations. The main thing that I appreciated with the carpet cleaning was that there was very little water running on the floor. The carpet was dry right after pretty much dry. I’m sorry Wright after the guy clean my stairs. And the carpet came out super clean. it was really neat.

Zeroez’s products and services are great. Their carpet and rug cleaning are top notch. This is the 7th year of using them and I haven’t been disappointed. Technician William Rodriguez is the best. He worked on some really difficult stains and got them out. I highly recommend using Zeroez to clean your carpets, rugs, and air ducts.
