The treatment is chemical-free and leaves absolutely no residue! Carpets keep their fresh appearance for a long, extended time. They are reasonable in cost and we have had consistency with the same Zerorez representative cleaning for us, which tells me they must take good care of their employees, I like that!
Friendly, hard working technicians, carpet and chairs turned out great, smells so good. Not like chemicals!
Caster was polite and professional! If I wasn't moving out of the state I would use Zerorez over and over again. I love how you don't use harsh chemicals and the orange scent was pleasant.
