I intended to take advantage of the $99 special but it ended up being $175 because it wouldn't allow for just a $99 special. Can you explain?

The carpet looks and feels clean after Zerorez finishes. Over time, I've learned that putting soap on carpet requires a lot of rinsing to get it out again. Most companies do not rinse enough to remove all of the soap residue. Basically, the "clean" carpet is still somewhat dirty and gets visibly dirty quicker.

I also like that the technicians are empowered to make decisions onsite to best serve the customer. Every technician I've met enjoys working at Zerorez, the work they do, and helping customers. They are courteous, polite, and I've never seen one interrupting his work to look at his phone or take personal calls.
