Micah came yesterday to do our carpets. He was very personable and did a fantastic job. I will ALWAYS use Zerorez. Their cleaning system works better than all the rest. And it lasts longer. You always get a bottle of spray cleaner that works on more than just carpet. It makes a great laundry spray for clothing. It's a super stain remover. They refill it everytime they return.

When signing up for service the scheduler was very helpful in scheduling a crew to be at my house when I needed them. Staff were prompt and reviewed my cleaning needs with me to get the best price available. Good communication about what was done to the heavy traffic areas and a bottle of spot remover was left.
