They showed up on time and did a great job! The technician was very informative and so polite. He took time to make sure that the hoses did not damage any of our woodwork and spent extra time on the high traffic areas. My carpets look and smell great! Our tech, Riley, explained everything beforehand. He did an amazing job at cleaning our carpets very quickly. After that, he explained what he did and if any more spots came up, he would come back out within a month and fix it. We were also left with a bottle of spot remover that gets refilled anytime they come out. Very impressed!
