We have used Zerorez since they started. The people are always great and on time. The quality of their work is always outstanding. Their product is excellent the best there is and that is why we keep coming back! Thanks for all you do!

When I called they answered the phone unlike a couple other companies I called. They were very professional on the phone and while they were at my house. They cleaned a lot of carpet and furniture and worked very hard.

This is the second time I’ve had Zerorez and the carpet does seem to stay cleaner longer, it dries quickly, and I like the fact that they don’t use chemicals. John was super friendly and professional.

we have used your service twice and both times the young men have been very professional and friendly. I have been very pleased with the service and how clean our carpets were.

Great service. Knowledgeable technician.

On time, courteous, and flexible when it comes to deciding what constitutes a “room”

We had a great experience, our technician was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and why its so much better than chemicals for cleaning. Even several days later, the carpet feels so great, not that 'sticky' feel you often have after other cleaners. Thank you, Zerorez!

Very impressed with how caring the tech was. You could tell he cared about his job and taking great care of his clients. He spent some time talking to us before he started to make sure we understood what he was doing. He was fast and did a great job! We were so happy with the results. Will recommend to other friends and family. Will definitely use again! Oh and very reasonably priced which is always a plus 👍

I wasn't please with a couple of areas. They came back & re cleaned the areas. That's what a good professional company would do.

We love that Zerorez is safe for our daughter and dogs and not to mention our carpets look amazing! We wish we would have done it sooner!

They really clean
