I spilled coffee and the stain was pretty bad. Couldn’t get it out myself. Called them and got same day service. Can’t remember the guys name but he was fast and polite. I would use then again.

This was the first time we had used your services to clean our carpet. Jacob came into our home and did a fantastic job of cleaning our carpet! We have a dog who is now 2 1/2 and although he is now house broken, he didn't come that way!! Jacob was diligent when attending to those spots that needed a little extra attention and left our carpet smelling and looking like new! There was no chemical smell, which we really liked especially since we have a puppy, and the carpet even felt cleaner! We also liked that fact that our carpet dried much faster than the other service we have used in the past. We will definitely use your services going forward. Please pass our compliment on to Jacob!

Jake was polite and professional. Explained everything he would do and took care to protect our floors and walls from any potential damage from the hose. Our carpets look like New! Our tile looks as if it were just installed. We've always cleaned our own tile and the grout always had a hazy look. I thought I would have to re-dye it. After a Zerorez cleaning, it looked new again! Couldn't be happier!
