My service specialist did a great job and got all of the stains out!
I didn’t think our carpet could be saved and planned to prove to my husband that we needed new flooring. It was especially darkened by dirt on the stairs and the major trails through the house.
I found the company on the internet and set an appointment. Staff called the next day to confirm the time and on the given day the cleaner gave me 30 minutes notice of his arrival. The associate (I am so sorry I missed his name,) was very professional and worked hard.
The carpet’s transformation was amazing! The carpet looked much better than I could have ever hoped. No more trails, no dirt. I was pleased and happy we could put off the high cost of new flooring for awhile. I highly recommend this company and their excellent staff. I will use them again.
The crew is always so friendly and respectful on my property. The carpets look incredible - I make sure I do a cleaning with them twice a year. I also love that the product is safe for my kid and dog.

Great customer service!
No residue!
Prompt, polite and professional. Gave me an estimate on how long it would take. Exceeded that time due to extremely dirty carpet, yet didn't change cost. Very pleased with end result.
The workers were very polite and professional and did a great job!
The carpet, which is over 20 years old, looks great after the cleaning.
