Adam did a wonderful job. All of your personnel are very professional and timely.

I do recommend you to others

Zerorez always does a great job! We’ve had them out a few times, and our carpet always looks almost brand new!!

This is the 3rd time we have used this company. They are friendly and do a great job. Very considerate wearing a face mask and shoe coverings. Much appreciated! Thank you!

Jacob is the best and always so kind to serve !

Josh was great and did a wonderful job. The carpet was dry very fast and the problem areas came absolutely clean.

Fantastic job, all the rugs look and smell new. Jacob was great to work with, very polite and professional. We will have Zerorez clean the rugs again next year.

I was not disappointed. The service was excellent as always.

We were so pleased with your services and with Jacob who cleaned our carpeting all over our house. He was very thorough and focused on those areas with stains. We were long overdue for carpet cleaning, and the carpets all look like new! I would recommend your firm to anyone. We certainly plan to use your services again.

I’ve used your services twice. Easy to schedule online, plus your technicians are always friendly and efficient!

Great service! On time and very polite!

You guys are always amazing!!!!

Great job cleaning two area rugs.

Very nice and capable technician. Our carpets look great and odors we had are virtually gone. We are very satisfied and will use your company again.

Easy to work with and thorough cleaning!

Great results and professional customer service!

Definitely a 10/10 experience. Customer service and technician were professional and accomidating. The results of the carpet cleaning far exceeded expectations. The price was more than reasonable. I've used other carpet cleaning companies in the past but hands down Zerores exceeds them all. The search for me stops here. I will recommend them to anyone who needs the services.

The crew missed a spot when they cleaned my carpet, but came right back out to take care of it. The carpets look and feel great now. I also liked that the carpet dried quickly, 4-6 hours like the cleaning tech said.

The fresh, clean scent and the friendly staff who are eager to please!

Shawn S was a fantastic technician. Great personality! He helped lift up a few items that we were unable to move. He did a great job!! Really appreciated is upbeat attitude.

Thank you Shawn!

Thanks
Kathy

Carpets were so clean and look great! Small rooms were priced appropriately.

Technician was very friendly and knowledgable. I loved the bottle of cleaner he gave us. We had just moved in and the place was filthy. I used the whole bottle in one day! Where can I get more?
Thank you,

I love how the carpet feels clean and fresh on my barefeet. The pile is refreshed and stays that way for months. The kitchen tile grout almost sparkles. I really like Riley S., our technician. He is informative and can answer any question. This is the only carpet/tile cleaning company we will ever use!

Nice, polite, quick and efficient kid who came to clean the rug!

The cleaning worked well (except for a couple stains) and the rug looks much better! Thank you!

P.S. i wish you had a super-duper spot remover for stubborn spots that don't come out with your normal treatment.

Service tech was very friendly, respectful, efficient.

Scheduling was easy and I was able to get an appointment very quickly.
