Have used zerorez twice. First time I was very satisfied with the cleaning of a 28 year old bedroom carpet & a couple of bad spots in front of bathroom door. The most recent visit I was very satisfied with all of the basement with one exception. There is a very bad spot in front of a desk. The very nice young man that worked on it was unfortunately unable to get it out. I don’t blame him but just disappointed that it wouldn’t come out.
I love how safe the products are. I love that the carpets get so clean and are dry in 4--6 hours! Adam was such a great cleaner!

John did a great job. He was extremely polite and conscientious. I asked if we could add a hallway to the area he was cleaning, and he gave me a good price to add that area.
