VERY PROFESSIONAL, courteous and friendly. Described the cleaning process in advance. Carpeted areas look like new! Definitely recommend ZEROREZ - you won't be disappointed!

We have some pretty old carpet in the basement with some tough stains and you guys made the carpet look fantastic! We were putting it on the market and didn't want to buy all new carpet so when you guys came in and made it look great it was such a relief. Our service man was super nice and did a great job. We would definitely use you guys again.
