I like the no residue concept, and I think it's a better way to treat the carpet for a longer life.
As far as services - always friendly, always professional. Granted my house is small, and they came a little early, but they came, they cleaned, and they were gone in around 20 minutes - just a few minutes shy of the actual appointment time.
