Client Testimonials

Simple, products work great and so do the employees!

Very pleased with service. Thank you 😊

The carpets are clean, the Zerorez guys were nice and professional and the price was fair.

The technicians were through and courteous. They got out stains I didn’t think possible.

Great service from your crew and carpets look great!

Friendly, punctual and reasonably priced for great service! Also quick drying and non-toxic!

Our Zerorez tech was courteous and efficient. He did a little bit of spot cleaning, got the job done without leaving a soaking wet carpet, and left us with a spray bottle of their ionized water. I like that they don't use chemicals, and the carpet is almost dry by evening.

I cannot be happier with the job Shawn (sp?) did. My carpets look absolutely new again. Thank you. Jeanette White

John, our technician, was courteous and professional. I love that you don’t use chemicals or harsh shampoos in your work. Our carpet looks great!!

It was exceptional and fast service. The tech is always upbeat, courteous and efficient. We have never had a single issue with a Zerorez visit. And to make it even better they communicate from appointment setup to exit, AND for the icing on the cake...they are on time.

Great company with great services! We’ve used them 3 times now.

I was extremely pleased with our service and outcome with Zerorex. Shawn was our technician and he cleaned a few pieces of our furniture and it looks absolutely fantastic now. And there is no soap or chemical residue that other companies often use. Shawn was very professional, punctual, explained the entire process and the kindest person. I would highly recommend this company and Shawn to anybody looking for quality service. I will definitely be a repeat customer when needed. Certainly a five star rating from me!!!

Conscientious carpet cleaner

Sean came out for a reservice call and did a white cloth test to show us how much dirt was coming out when he cleaned and it was massive all the dirt.
Sean did a fantastic job and explained everything if he had come the first time I think we would have been pleased however we appreciate the second effort to make things right

Great communication! Returned for a re-service and outcome was pristine! Easy to schedule and great results!
