The cleaning solutions used will not harm animals. That is very important to me. Also, I have asthma and the solutions didn't bother my breathing.

The men doing the work were so nice, careful, gave helpful suggestions and I felt very comfortable around them. I didn't feel like I needed to run around picking up valuables & hiding them. I use many kinds of medications, including many controlled pain pills. I had no worries of them disappearing.
