This time I was disappointed that the coffee stains would not come out - I know he tried hard to get them. I had used your spot cleaner right after the spill - and was surprised that they didn't come out then. I guess I don't understand why the cleaner wasn't able to remove them.

We like the fact that the carpets feel clean and spots don't reappear. Also like that there is no smell to the carpets. And the spot treatment bottle was refilled at no charge!

I would suggest that your techs wear booties over their shoes when entering a house. And during COVID19 a face mask would have been appreciated as well.
