The tech (Adam) was great. He was here on time, he was thorough and he seemed like he cared.He was able to get out some stains that "the other guys" couldn't. The carpet was dry in about 4 hours and it was soft unlike other cleaning companies that I have used in the past. Will definitely use again.

Jacob did a great job! My carpet doesn't smell anymore. I have yet to see if an odor remains after it is fully dry. I checked in a couple times and he was doing a very thorough job. My timeframe was 12-3 but it got delayed due to larger than anticipated job in the hours before mine but the team reached out multiple times to communicate the issue at hand and provided updates as to when the tech would make it to my home.

I didn’t think our carpet could be saved and planned to prove to my husband that we needed new flooring. It was especially darkened by dirt on the stairs and the major trails through the house.
I found the company on the internet and set an appointment. Staff called the next day to confirm the time and on the given day the cleaner gave me 30 minutes notice of his arrival. The associate (I am so sorry I missed his name,) was very professional and worked hard.
