When I called they answered the phone unlike a couple other companies I called. They were very professional on the phone and while they were at my house. They cleaned a lot of carpet and furniture and worked very hard.

This is the second time I’ve had Zerorez and the carpet does seem to stay cleaner longer, it dries quickly, and I like the fact that they don’t use chemicals. John was super friendly and professional.
