The gentleman that came to our house did a great job with all of our areas. The carpets and stairs look wonderful. The two couches look new again. It was amazing g how much dirt was on the hardwood floors but they feel clean now. He was very good at getting our approval on each area as he finished.

Carpets are sparkling clean and fresh!! Stains are GONE!! And the carpets are dry in hours, not days. Dillon is extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He listened to my concerns and addressed each one. Thank you Dillon and Zerorez!!

Both men who came to my home were very curious and helpful. I called a second time , because when the carpet dryed I could still see the stains. You sent Triston out and he went over the areas that were strained for no charge. I knew that they would be difficult to get up but he helped to make them look better. He advise me how to lighten them up with a oxide cleaner.

I would never use any other service. Zerorez is the best at cleaning carpets. The people who come out are very professional. When they leave your carpet looks like it did on the day it was installed. I have a friend who says the same thing.

I love how easy it is to book online - no need to call and go thru this extensive booking process. The techs are always top knotch and professional - and on time.

Tristen communicated well, keeping us up to date on arrival time. He was professional and patiently listened during pre-walkthrough. He offered suggestions for additional treatments without pressure to purchase/ upsell and explained in more detail what each involved so I could make an informed decision, which I appreciated. He kept me informed throughout his work and included me and decision making for trouble areas. I appreciated how he asked me to look through all areas before he packed up, which made me feel unrushed, and like I could point out areas to redo. No areas needed redone, and he was able to get out stains that had been there for 10 years! This was our second cleaning with zerorez and I will definitely have them back!
