I have already recommended Zerorez to family and friends. They did a great job cleaning my carpet, it dried quickly and had no after smell. I don’t believe home carpet cleaners have the power to be as effective. Even the most picky of my relatives was very pleased. The young man who cleaned it was very polite and informative. Great fresh look, smells clean, and great technician

Tristen was very professional, courteous, and had so much knowledge to share about how to maintain the flooring. He provided tips on hardwood, not just carpeting. He was very mindful where he had to pull the hose through 3 doors. He answered every question I had and made sure to honor the discount that was discussed through texting. Highly recommend and I'd ask him again to do the cleaning!
