My tech was courteous and very professional. He came in, got to work and was out in a little over a half hour. My carpet is old and worn and he did the very best job that could be done under the circumstances. I was very satisfied. I love the after effects of my cleaning with zero as the carpet has no residue from soap or other chemicals and dries very quickly. I was able to walk and place furniture in the afternoon after a 10 o’clock appointment grateful for the service that zero is provides.
