Check-in on kiosk was easy once you learn how to do it .only part I don’t perticular like is the no cash use ..not every one has a credit card or wants to pay a convenience fee to get a gift card which stops us from using the concession stand more .Love the Tuesday special rates

Very helpful employees. I didn't know how to purchase a ticket on the kiosk. The young man helped me through the whole process and was very polite.

The kiosk works well, the concession stand service and quality & quantity of offerings are good, service was good, the entire interior seems clean and well-maintained.
Getting tickets online. The recliner seats. Did not like how loud the music is in the movie previews…could not hear the dialogue due to the loud music. Was concerned the movie would be like that but thankfully it was not.
We enjoyed the movie, the ambiance and the price for Tuesdays is great
The snack counter person was very nice and helpful. Gave me a tray to carry my items since I was alone and was struggling. Everyone was kind.
Clean theater and comfy seats
loved the disount for military and first responders and their dependents. theater was clean. my only complaint is that we don't get many movies that appeal to adults. most of the movies we get now are aimed at children and teens for date night. i can appreciate that that's where you get repeat audience. but there are some great movies that i travel to Birmingham to see since you never showed them in Oxford AL. The previous company made those movies available locally even if only for a week. You might consider it. You would get better attendance from people who are not teens or children.
I last visited the Silverado theatre in San Antonio for the movie Marty Supreme.
The concessions were very clean and the staff was very attentive and informed me of my reward points to apply toward my purchase.
The recliner er seats were very squeaky, so when anyone would adjustment chair everyone could hear it squeak.
I also ordered a food item that was cooked in a timely manner.
I did not see a bin for the coat donation as it was advertised on the preview screening.

We go every Monday for the military and first responders day. It is always a great time. The theater is always clean and the employees are always nice.
The cleanliness and how they have the new popcorn set up! Only thing I wish is Grand 16 would get the reclining seats.
