Very comfortable environment.
The chairs are comfortable and my child can take a nap laying down in the comfortable chairs they’re recliners they go back. And the popcorn is awesome and we can get refills and our drinks refills and their pizza is out of this world

I really like the seats and the ease of getting my tickets and seats online. I prefer this theater, and I drive about 20 miles just to see movies here. I have heard people are not happy with the cashless theater, but I like it.

Regularly prepurchase tickets and have no issues getting snacks and getting to our seats. Bathrooms are usually clean, despite typically being very busy. Overall, a good place to go.

Close to my home. Generally clean. Refillable drinks and popcorn. The only drawback is some of the seats are not functioning properly and a bit wonky.

We live in Mount Airy and our theatre is less than ideal for movie watching. The Grand absolutely exceeds all expectations of what you would expect from a movie theatre. It is clean, extremely comfortable with the relaxed, reclining seating, the snack and drink options are various, and the staff is great! Highly recommend!
