What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Talking to Mr. Zachary Rhiger this past Saturday evening about our special day at Santikos celebrating my wife's birthday was very pleasant. Food at snack bar was great, and the movie Greenland 2 was awesome. Long time awaiting for part 2 to come out.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Customer service was wonderful. I wish I would have gotten the gentlemens name because he was very nice and friendly. The establishment was very clean also. We went to the bathroom, game area, bar, and the concession stand. Everything was up to par :)

I can not say enough how fantastic our event was because of Santikos events staff. Marissa and her team are exceptional. Thank you for doing everything within your power to ensure that the Revolution Church Student Lock-in was a great experience for the students. I look forward to working with this team again.

Alexandria's theatre seemed cleaner than usual and I like how ticketing and entrance was streamlined. The bathrooms were also cleaner than usual.

I like the seats the place is clean and employees are friendly and helpful ,The only thing that I do not like is that they do not accept cash and we have to purchase a card through the machines hopefully one day they will be able to go back to accepting cash or card. Thank you..

We visit santikos because of the nice recliners. On occasion there are times our seats do not work. Rewards program is nice.
