You don't use chemicals that ruin our carpet or so much heat that you ruin the backing on the carpet or leave so much water you cause the carpet pad to mildew. It may be more expensive, but it's good for the carpet.

I like the fact that the product was safe for my pets and the fact he did my area rugs on the spot. Other companies told me they had to take the rugs and it would be a couple of weeks before they could return them cleaned. The technician was friendly and polite. Sold me on the protector but in a way that I knew I'd need it.

This time the technician came at the beginning of the appointment window. He was efficient, thorough, and competent. He was neatly dressed and well spoken. The Zerorez process seems to clean thoroughly without leaving any residue in the carpet fibers.

ZeroRez is definitely a 5-star company. My living room furniture is 7 years old. It had started to look like it was all the same color instead of having a pattern. After Zerorez cleaned it, the nap of the fabric stood back up, and the pattern is visible again. The dog smell is gone. My laminate floors didn't even get wet and there was no chemical smell at all. The technician called 30 minutes before arrival, and he was there when he said he would be. The price was the same as I was quoted over the phone. There was no pressure to purchase anything else. A week later, the furniture still looks great - no stains or dirt has resurfaced. A completely positive experience.

Edward the technician was excellent. He was very professional, polite, and had excellent knowledge of his work. He informed me every step of the way and had me look at the finished area for my approval before he went to the next area. Every stain came out of the carpet and it looked new again. The tile areas also looked new. Edward is a great reflection of the ZeroRez company, taking pride in his work and made this homeowner extremely happy! I have already referred ZeroRez to several friends and neighbors.

The technician was wonderful - very friendly, spent more time cleaning than others in the past, which I appreciate. He explained the sealant process to me which we plan to do if we get new carpet installed. So far, a tiny bit of the odor has returned, but not bad. I love that my carpets weren't completely soaking wet when he left and that they aren't sticky like they were in the past with other carpet cleaning companies. We love Zerorez!
