I was very impressed with the tech, Edward, that came to my home and will request him again next time. He was very kind and informative, letting me know each step he took and about the Zerorez cleaning process. I immediately saw the difference in my carpet and could definitely smell the freshness. My carpets & sofa look great, Edward couldn't have been more polite & professional...unfortunately, I still detect slight kitty pee odor @ my sofa. I would still recommend Zerorez.
