The use of processed water and lack of caustic chemicals with NO RESIDUE. The courteous and knowledgeable technician Edward who explained the entire process in great detail and was responsive to all our requests. The only problem we experienced is that the carpets did not completely dry within the 8-10 hours advertised. It actually took over 48 hours in some areas!

Quality of the work done by Eddie was excellent
I scheduled them to come at 12 and they arrived almost 2 hours early which gave plenty of time to dry before I had to bring the kids home and they were done within an hr and half. The house we mover into has white beige carpets. We have 2 dogs and one cat and 3 kids. They were able to remove all of the stains that have accumulated on the carpet from all of these culprits. Our technician was very courteous and made sure after every room he done that he asked us if it was cleaned to the standards we wanted. Very very respectful. Very prompt. Overly satisfied customer
How good the carpet look after cleaning.
Not using chemicals and cleaning carpet with pressured hot water is great. This leaves no chemical smell or residue which is great especially since one of my kids is asthmatic.

The service can be performed in the home and the items cleaned are really clean with no residue. Our service provider, Ed, did an outstanding job, was very friendly, and explained the cleaning process.
Very effective cleaning process (my carpets look new and dog smell is gone!). Technician showed up on time, called first as a courtesy, and was very professional in explaining all the services and making recommendations. He did not "lolly-gag", smoke or dip, get into personal conversations, etc. or do any of the annoying things that other service technicians (in general) sometimes do. Top notch!
