The carpet has dried quickly, no smell in the house. It seems to be thoroughly clean and is suppose to stay that way with a protective product on it.
It's fast, effective and you can walk on it immediately.
The use of processed water and lack of caustic chemicals with NO RESIDUE. The courteous and knowledgeable technician Edward who explained the entire process in great detail and was responsive to all our requests. The only problem we experienced is that the carpets did not completely dry within the 8-10 hours advertised. It actually took over 48 hours in some areas!
