After drying from service on 6/16/26, we noticed obvious improvement in removal of the soiled traffic areas on our white carpet as compared with regular service cleanings we chose to cancel back in 2021. The technician was able to remove stains that I thought could never be removed. My carpet looks like new.

I was able to submit a request for service over the weekend, specify the time I wanted (within 2 hrs), reply to the confirmation email to request rescheduling, and get the very next time window.
The man who came to wash my carpets was very polite, and showed me the status of the carpets before and after the service.
