This was our first experience with Zerorez. There was a major communication problem that just about gave me a heart attack. We had scheduled this carpet cleaning way in advance online. I had a upcoming party planned and so it was imperative that it was completed on time. The day it was to be done, the cleaner was to show between 12-2. At 11:58 I received a phone call from the Zerorez office informing that our technician was ill and that there was absolutely nothing they could do about it, and I would have to reschedule my cleaning to Saturday. What? My party was Thursday and my house was totally turned upside down. Everything was on top of the only two beds we own. My husband and I looked at each other and all I saw was red!! This was unacceptable and I wanted a piece of someone. I was about to make another call, hadn't yet. I hadn't even pushed "end" on the current call button when there was a knock on the door. There was sweet Sterling, our technician. Yes, he didn't feel well but he didn't even show up a minute late. He trudged on through and told us he had no intention of not showing up. He did an excellent job. I was very impressed at the clean up he did afterwards. I don't know what was going on between the office and the technician, but clearly the communication was'nt clear. We were very surprised that the method left the carpets as wet as they did though. We had heard they ;eft them dry. But asking around, other customers tell me that's not the case. Are they supposed to be wet or dry?
