Sterling, the technician, was friendly and did a great job.
Easy to make appt with an estimate of services immediately available. Technician was actually early, but called first. Work seemed just fine and efficient.
Loved our service guy, Sterling! He took great care of us and helped us realize our carpet is in better shape than we thought! He cleaned a terrible spot that we thought would never come out.

Sterling was great. He worked super hard to ensure our carpet was clean, fresh and looked like new. I love that he used a white towel to check for residual dirt that can’t be seen after the carpet is wet. He really went the extra mile! He was professional and seemed to take pride in his work. It was so refreshing to see a young person with such excellent customer service skills and an amazing work ethic. We will definitely be using zerores again and will refer all of our family and friends!

Sent reminders and arrived on time. Knowledgeable about rug types. Cleaned 3 carpeted rooms effectively.
Carpets took an inordinate amount of time to dry. Was that necessary? We won’t be using Zerorez again.
