Ian checked my rugs before cleaning to make sure the cleaning wouldn’t ruin them. One of my rugs is 98% wool and 2% other. Since we don’t know what the 2% is, he said the cleaning solution could possibly ruin or yellow the rug. I appreciated that he checked before starting because I would have had no idea.
He was friendly and respectful and did a great job. My carpets and rugs look great!
Was able to pull up flattened carpet fibers where furniture had been sitting, not 100%, but much improved.
Some stains seem to have reappeared after a few days.

The floors were very wet and took a long time to dry. We had to use fans and it still took 8 hrs.
Rugs were clean but not real wet. Technician was right on time
The Sun Country Meadows South (SCMS) community recently contracted with Zerorez for some long-overdue carpet cleaning. Things went exactly as Zerorez promised, and the SCMS residents were amazed at how wonderful our old carpets looked after they were cleaned.

Clean carpets and a Ian was great to my parents with great service.
There are still some spots on our carpet that did not get cleaned well enough. They are coming back today, so maybe they will be able to work on those a little bit better but the area in our master bedroom where we walk into our room into our bathroom still looks probably about the same as it did before they cleaned the carpet. That was kind of disappointing.
Get rid of, or reduce the minimum charge of $125. Some places are small1

No residue leaves carpet feeling soft and clean.
The stain on the carpet is still there, the tile grout that was “cleaned” and sealed is still really dark in some places. The tile is only 6 Months old so it could have gotten a lot cleaner if it was done properly.

It was great having Zerorez back again to clean my carpets! They look great for the wear they've had and the traffic patterns. The technician was on time within the windowvi wad given, friendly, informative and efficient. His extra effort made a good difference in the dark traffic patterns in my hallway.

Everyone has been very accommodating and recommends what to do and with no pressure to upgrade. They do what they and the carpet dries faster than normal “carpet cleaning “.
The last representative even gave us booties to wear after he was done. Didn’t have to worry about slipping on non carpeted floors

You cleaned my sofa and love seat and they look dirtier than before cleaning. It looks like they were cleaned with dirty water! Very disappointed!! I need you to reclean them!
