I have used Zerorez for years - both here and in our previous home in Mapleton UT. You have always done a fabulous job for me and my carpets look beautiful when your tech is finished. Stains are gone and carpet is soft and clean. Ian has cleaned my carpets here a few times and he is really a good tech. He is fun to talk to - friendly and very knowledgeable. I loved how easy the appointment scheduling was, and I loved how quick and efficient the technician who came was. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. You could tell there was so much passion behind the services he was offering. Honestly if that dude isn’t a manager he needs a raise or something bc he was AMAZING. Very knowledgeable about the tools and procedures and products the company offers, was very transparent about my pet stains. No hidden fees
The laundry room tile has a white substance. It looks terrible. Clearly he didn’t use the right chemicals or cleaner on this tile.
The master bath has the same white substance on the tile, and the front entry does not look thoroughly cleaned. Very disappointing.
I have a picture if anyone is truly interested.
I also think he went way too fast throughout the house as I look back on it there are areas that aren’t as clean as they should be.
