There were multiple stains i expected to be removed but they are still there. I had higher expectations for the service.

Your services depend on whose working at our house. The last person we had was the BEST because the carpets have never been cleaner, he let us know he would ruin our white couches if he used the solution on them, and, back to the carpet, they were dry in one day.

It's not always like this. It depends on who comes.

The laundry room tile has a white substance. It looks terrible. Clearly he didn’t use the right chemicals or cleaner on this tile.

The master bath has the same white substance on the tile, and the front entry does not look thoroughly cleaned. Very disappointing.

I have a picture if anyone is truly interested.

I also think he went way too fast throughout the house as I look back on it there are areas that aren’t as clean as they should be.
