After getting shampooed, my carpet felt very clean, and fluffy. They don’t use detergent so there is no sticky residue on the carpet but their technique gets all the stains out so well!

Nice man doing the job as effectively as possible. The only thing that was missed was that I received a message that they would give him a solution that would help with the old blood stains on the carpet that may help. But when he got here, he had no idea what that solution was. Still, he did a great job. Blood stains are set, though.

I live out of town, so I need good phone follow-up. The service rep was friendly and kept me informed. On the technical side, I like that you don't use soap products that leave a dirt trapping revenue.

I would highly recommend Zerorez services. I used to do carpet cleaning myself at a major hospital, many years ago, so I'm familiar with the process and the complications. I've had Zerorez clean the carpets at my home on many occasions and they've always been on time, efficient, and very careful not to damage anything with their equipment. Ian has a fine personality and is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He also takes care of business for the office building where I have my own office.
