You have no pool or hot tub

Friendly staff, great location and great value for the money.
I was at Sky for several years before the change to Genesis. The atmosphere, instructors and classes at BA (in my opinion) do not compare with Genesis South and Midtown. I live in BA so I occasionally workout at the BA location but if I want a class, I go to Midtown or South. I would love to see BA improve in these areas.

I like the friendly environment and that the Coved 19 protocol is a part of the clubs policy. Activity classes are well planned and with purpose for functional ability of our everyday mobility. Range of motion exercises involving all extremities utilizing various levels of weights and cardio, also core strengthening . Lots of fun Grunts Moans and clamoring for more, Lots of Bang for your Bucks not to mention weight loss programs lots of freebies with $$$$$ for the more ambitious group come go with me you have lots to gain or lose your choice. Heated Swimming pools
Upgrades on equipment- elliptical, bike, etc.
We had not been back to midtown crossing in Omaha since the pandemic started until l last night. Very disappointed in most patrons not wearing masks or exercising proper distancing. The gym was not at all clean or kept up. And the surfaces are weirdly painted.

The staff has always been kind and helpful while I'm there. The ladies locker room is always clean and there are always plenty of clean towels for our use.
Clean the equipment. Paint. Replace track.
Everyone is friendly and non-judgmental. Trainer really care about their clients and the ones working the from desk are kind and personable.
Unsteady ownership Equipment in poor repair.
Right now the Southside location is trash. Especially, compared to all of the other locations. I know there is a plan in place to rebuild a new gym down the street but for now now.
I love the classes, yoga and bodypump are my favorites. I love the daycare!
Need to up their cleaning. Floors are dirty. Have been there at 5 am and there are empty water bottles and dirty towels left upstairs around equipment.

Fix the broken equipment; bikes, treadmills, weight machines, tanning beds
You messed up my membership payment in January,& Feb. You charged me my membership last April when you were closed.
You don't offer mask at the front desk. There are still dust bunnies in the weight room. Managers that work out, don't know how to wear a mask the correct way.
Love water aerobics and strength classes. Will Tuesday Thursday classes resume soon? Will same classes/times be offered at Prairie Life? May be time to start offering more classes upstairs, also. When will construction start?
Initial sign up was terrible, haven’t been back since
I was in there for the first time after COVID, and there were a lot of jr high/young Hs kids in the leg machine rack room. Someone on ea machine. We aren’t out of the woods on that w Covid. Grossed me out. Packed.
I love the workout classes.
Great place to work out. Lots of different equipment to meet your exercise needs.
Dirty.
I hadn't been back in since the remodel was finished, it's really nice! Way better than I was hoping for. The new machines are great and the locker room layout is 1000% better. I also appreciated being able to freeze my account for the past 13 months until I was able to get vaccinated.
Love spin with Paula and Peg. Love the greeting at the desk in the morning and in the services area. The girlie services in the mornings is on top of keeping the locker area clean and supplied.
Steam room. Great equipment. Positive environment
The maintenance man is awesome. He apparently does not have the support of the owner. In the pool area 9 times out of 10 there is something not working correctly. The pools are not always clean or the temperature of the pools are incorrect. The hot tub is cold often and all the jets don’t work properly.. It’s a gamble every time we want to use the pools and the hot tub. We have complained for years about this problem but no one does anything about it. The maintenance man tries his best. Like I said before I don’t think the owner cares that not everything works or he would make sure it works.
Parking lot is terrible -- potholes, poor lighting. Kid @ the front desk couldn't look up from his phone to greet us when we scanned in. Some of the equipment the headphones jack doesn't work well or at all.
