Wide variety of equipment and fitness classes. Yoga is awesome
Like that club is smaller & I have more personal attention.
Men's lockers that have busted or loose hinges.
Shower handles that are falling off or really loose.
Its the small things maintenance wise that need improving.

We love the gym because of the friendly people, the equipment and how close it is to get here.
Sauna
I would love some semi-private or small group workouts with 3-4 people? Haven't found my community yet for a workout time and meeting people at the gym increases my accountability. Privates get spendy over time.
Cleanliness of courts. Water to be supplied.

The classes
All kinds of billing issues that went on and on for months
Lots of the equipment needs maintenance. A bench fell apart on a member recently and he could have been seriously hurt. Cable machines are about to fall apart or fail. The hole in the dry wall was finally patched after months. Just general upkeep is poor.
Top-Notch personnel - The openness of the floor plan - Quality and abundant equipment.
Excellent trainers. Staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome.
The equipment is falling apart and benches are shredded with gaping holes. The locker rooms never have filled soap dispensers and usually only one paper towel machine that works.
The carpet is warped and filthy. Dumbbells
have been missing for years and never replaced.
Our location loses equipment to other locations…for starters.
It is unfair for us to pay the same membership price as other locations, who are kept up and/or beautifully renovated.
Just a note to say that my instructors are top notch. I give them two thumbs up for the excellent job that they do each week to provide varied work outs, great instruction and continued encouragement.
I’ll wait until the remodel project at 84th and Q is completed before I recommend the facility to friends and family. That will hopefully be very soon.
When are you going to begin the renovation and repair of the men's and women's locker rooms? Showers, toilets, tile, etc. It is a mess.

The cleanliness of the pool and hot tubs. The sad condition of the showers. The poor quality of the towels and lack of them.
The equipment stations, choice of workouts, no children to avoid or be aware of, pleasant employees and trainers. Member for a long time after leaving the old west Y. Most of my workouts at W 13th, with occasional change of pace and scenery at W Central.
I am a lap swimmer, so my experience is mostly with the pool. The temperature is too warm for training. Also the lane reservation system is rather stressful for some. I know of two swimmers who have moved to other gyms because of this. Honestly I tell people now to go to the Y if they are considering a training pool because of the water temp and reservation system. I still have a membership with you since I met a friend there.
Not enough Zumba classes. Would like aqua Zumba at the outside pool later in the day this summer. Need to advertise them. Now that Genesis bought VASA, bring Devin and Ivette back. That may make members from both clubs happy. Like Zumba later in the day.
The classes
The pool is the main thing I use at the club and it’s always cloudy, verging on disgusting at times. I’m close to quitting the club because it never seems to get any better.
The cycle/spin room needs new speakers/sound system for sure. It has had issues for quite some time. The spin bikes also need to be serviced regularly.
There have been many times when kleenex is not available anywhere in the club or in maybe one spot by the check in counter. It is allergy season, and kleenex should be readily available all year.
When are the updates going to be completed for the OP North location? What is the plan?
I would like to request a cardio kickboxing class be added to the class schedule.
There is always too many people in the sauna. They never have clean downs and just overall dirty compared to the other facilities.
I love the classes, my teachers- Kelly -Vanessa and Tally are very good and make all the classes enjoyable. They all have very good personalities.
