I like that it is heart rate based, so I can always see in real time, how hard I am working. In addition to that, I like that I get a very intense workout / calorie burn completed in under an hour.

According to my age I am a senior. I have joined multiple gyms and studios over the years. Always kept active but never really stayed long term with any of the places I joined.
OT will be a life long commitment. I am coached for the whole hour which is pivotal for my success to age gracefully! Any other organization I would get a free coach for a couple sessions then be on my own. Now I am told what to do, shown how to do it and when to do it. It's fabulous! Modifications are offered for all workouts if needed.
The coaching staff at OT Gwynedd are full of exuberance! They make everyone feel welcome and encouraged.

I absolutely love going to Orangetheory Fitness! It is such an amazing workout studio. Amanda and Bryan are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They always provide excellent guidance and support throughout. The workouts themselves are consistently challenging, which is great because it pushes me to continuously improve and reach new fitness goals. Not only that, but the atmosphere in the studio is always so fun and energetic, making every workout a truly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Orangetheory Fitness to anyone looking for a workout that is both challenging and enjoyable!
Very efficient 60 minute workout. Excellent coaches : motivating, encouraging, attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Routines are varied , balanced, and include a cardio, core, and strength training, with a focus of heart rate, breathing, and a final stretch. Always challenges and bench marks that are tracked on the app. Equipment is new. It’s not cheap, but a great investment!

I love OTF. The coaches are incredible, supportive, and the right amount of tough - to get you to think about what your body can in fact, do. I have been amazed at the challenges I've survived! The playlists help, it's constantly bumping, and the folks in the class are encouraging. I understand the hype! I came in lethargic and pretty sedentary; I'm now more intentional with movement in my life as a whole - I'm averaging more steps even on days that I don't workout at OTF. I'm grateful for the confidence boost and look forward to seeing the progress next year.
No waisted time! The program is designed to get you in, keep you moving, and get you out. This program is totally doable for all people! It absolutely can fit into a busy schedule. You may go in with a thousand things on your mind but then you get lost in the workout and leave feeling energized. Not to mention, the results are unbelievable both physically and mentally. The coaches are amazing and highly motivating. They work with everyone and whatever needs they may have at the moment. I absolutely recommend Orangetheory.
I love the challenge and sense of accomplishment I feel with a new workout each class and periodic benchmarks. Both help keep me motivated to go to class and give everything I’ve got.

I like that you can go at your own pace and they post the Non-Traditional days. I don't really like the partner workouts, so try to avoid those. I am a power walker and the partner workouts are usually stressful because I am slower than the runners. I like the music and the variety in the workouts. The coaches right now are very good and friendly. I also like the 3G workouts, I try to only take those classes.

Going to Orangetheory has been life changing for me to reach my personal fitness goals. The trainers are amazing, the facilities are very clean & functional, the class times are convenient, the classes are always different, and the atmosphere is great. Additionally, the locations are great to give me the ability to visit other locations when I travel for work.
