What I like about the workout is that it is lead by the trainer and they all do a great job keeping you motivated. They encourage and push you to work harder to reach your goals. They help you succeed!

I enjoy that every day of the week has a different type of workout.
I like the fact that my whole body is getting a workout in one session doing a variety of different exercises . I am very impressed with how responsive the management is to my needs. Each request I made was met with an instant yes to make sure I would have a positive and safe experience. The managers and the trainers make you feel as though you are not just a paying member. They truly care about your membership experience.
Absolutely love OTF, the coaching staff is very knowledgeable and so motivating!! I love how they are there to support you and help change my mindset into I can instead of I can’t!! I cannot say enough good things about everyone at OTF Allentown!!
I love the energy of all the instructors. They are kind, caring and very motivating! I feel like I get an awesome workout out when I leave.
Although I have not lost weight, I’ve noticed several changes in my body. My abs, arms, and legs are toner. I have increased base, push, and all out inclines compared to when I first started orange theory. I’ve also been able to increase treadmill speed with more ease. In addition, I have increased weights when completing the core exercises. I better understand the movements and the impact the movements have on my body because coach Ty is very clear, and efficient in explaining the exercises. I never have to second guess what he’s explaining. Ultimately I always feel so much better mentally when I leave the gym. Not only does coach Ty guide me every step of the way, but he also pushes me to do better. That gives me the motivation that I need to keep working harder. Aside from all of the exercises and goals orange theory is overall a great environment to work out in. The coaches are the best they are so upbeat and positive. It’s an added bonus working out to great hits! I also Love the fun classes like tornado, 300 mile row, and, capture the flag. I would like to challenge myself and meet the goals expected in each class. I would also like to lose weight.

Great workout - coaches are all amazing
The balance between cardio and strength training delivers an effective workout that I can do in an hour. I don't have tons of time in my day/week to get to a gym, so this program gives me what I need in the right amount of time. The program is effective in achieving my fitness and health goals.
I also love the staff, coaches and community of the members. I have been a member for 7 years and over that time have gotten to know so many wonderful people and really trust the coaches and other members and feel comfortable working out in this environment

This is the only gym I have stuck with over 4 years. The classes are fun and not boring. Most gyms my weekly workouts decrease as time goes on, but here it actually has been increasing. Even when I don’t feel like working out once I start I get a great workout. The staff and coaches are so friendly. They all know your name and coaches are always encouraging. Even when you are ready to quit they give you a shout out which makes you keep going. This location is awesome-they keep adding classes like lift and strength classes in the evening.

Amazing coaches, fun templates, and the only expectations are what you put on yourself. Coaches take the time to personalize their interactions. Best part about the OTF workouts is the fact that we just need to follow the template and don't have to think about anything else. Results are based on what one puts into each class.
I love Orangetheory. I like the group setting the fact that you get in cardio and weight training and a high intensity workout.
I like the guidance that Coach provides and the variety of workouts provided in one class.

I love the moving stations of an OTF workout - always keeps me engaged and never tired of a certain exercise. Fire playlists are a plus + instructors always give clear instructions with lots of modifications!

I love the variety of the workouts, each day is different. I love the versatility between 2G, 3G, Strength 50 and the new Tread50. The coaches, staff, and member community is amazing...always encouraging, motivating, and inspiring each other in the studio and outside too!
I love the workouts at Orange Theory, the combination of strength and cardio leaves you feeling like you got a complete workout in. Also a class led by a coach and side by side with your peers keeps you engaged and motivated. The energy makes you want to do your best and push yourself a little but more each time.
