Variety of workout and coach keeps you motivated. I had to modify a bit, no judgment, felt very comfortable.
I like that it's always different and that the coaches motivate you. I also like that each person has control over how they want to work out (e.g., power walker, runner, etc.). I also like the themed workouts and special events/challenges that the studio offers.

I’m officially addicted to Orangetheory! Instead of planning my workouts around my day I am now planning my day around my workouts. Each workout is uniquely challenging and I’m already seeing results. The coaches and classmates are amazingly supportive. I’m very thankful that I worked up the courage to join!!

The workout is always different, so I don’t get bored. It also covers a lot of different exercises and activities, like tread, rower, weights, TRX, and more. I love the motivation that a coach led class adds to the workout.

Love love the easy going fun but pushing energy and how there are always so many different workouts. Never get bored!!!
There's soooo many things to love about the Orangetheory workouts. My favorite is the available data throughout my workout, and afterward. I'm a data-junkie and love looking at each workout to determine effort, improvement, distance (meters/miles), watts, etc. I feel like I get to compete with myself on a daily basis.
I love the competitive spirit between members during the workout. We're all there together, pushing, working and sometimes struggling to complete an exercise or distance. I can feel the members and coaches pulling for me, pushing me to get there. It's contagious and addictive. It's the best feeling of the day!
The staff are exceptional. Coaches lead, mentor and challenge us to succeed. The entire staff are service first and always there for questions, advice, and alternative fitness options throughout each workout.
I've made so many new friends since becoming a member 5 years ago, including staff, coaches and members. It's like seeing family for an hour a day. The Orangetheory community is supportive to membership and the local community, focused on fitness, and is the best part of my day.
It's the last gym I'll ever need. Love OTF!

I like how the coaches motivate you and teach you how to get the best results for your goals. I like that I am not alone and others are with me and together as a team we work hard together to achieve our goals.
