The coaches are great! Without them it would suck.
Quinn will make sure you are doing the weights the right way. The staff are friendly. I like the structured workouts and if you want to do more or less that’s alright too. You can go at your own pace. Group exercising is motivating for me.
Show up, don’t have to think or plan, all of the workouts are well rounded, instructors bring great energy and advise on strength training technique/ form. Easy to schedule online. other participants are respectful. Also got a great deal so the classes are affordable !

The high intensity workouts make me feel really accomplished when I complete. In addition, I enjoy that I get a full body burn in the 60m classes.

Love that multiple body parts are targeted along with a tough cardio workout. It's also great that the coaches will modify exercises based on a person's fitness level or if the person is injured. I love how the coaches motivate the class and bring great energy! I would highly recommend OTF to anyone regardless of fitness level.
Changes daily, has strength classes and options for cardio. We have great coaches- especially Laura and Colton! Love OTF!
I like how there is a mix of cardio and strength training. I also like how strength training can be done at your own pace.

I like the varied workouts and they are always challenging. The coaches do a great job of encouraging us and always correct form when necessary. I like that the classes are all different ages and fitness levels but everyone is welcomed and receive great support from the coaches.
