Cherry Hill OTF has amazing coaches that meet each member where they are at! I love the variety of the HIIT workouts.
To OTF Corporate, I would really like to see the 45 minute lunch workouts come back. That was really awesome for all of us grabbing a workout on our lunch.
As I transition to a mix of running and power walking as I get older and approach perimenopause, I'd really like to see the company not equate powerwalking with UP hill. Power-walkers can be challenged to increase their speed on a flat road in the same way as runners.
I love Orange Theory! It is the only workout that I actually look forward to. The coaches are very encouraging, the music playlist is upbeat and fun, and the challenges are motivating- I love earning OTF swag! My cousin works out at OTF in Virginia, and it’s been a great way to motivate each other since the workouts are the same. Also, you can’t beat the endorphin rush after a workout- best feeling ever!
I love how motivating the coaches are! They help get me through a tough workout, and help me if I am doing something incorrectly and don't miss anything. If I need help or a better understanding of something, they explain so thoroughly and give alternate options as well. I love coming to my workouts because of how fun the classes are and how upbeat and fun the music is that is playing, which creates for such a fun atmosphere! Having caring and understanding coaches who also push you hard to help you excel truly helps make the class even better!

The entire staff is amazing! The front desk staff is always very welcoming, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and only want to see you succeed!
Group comraderie
The coaches are knowledgeable, fun, energetic and encouraging. The studio is truly a “no judgement zone” and the atmosphere is one of camaraderie. I look forward to going every time.
Each class is a full body workout, so I don’t have to worry about neglecting a certain area. The high intensity always makes me feel very accomplished, and I don’t have to worry about know what exercises I should be doing on the floor. The coaches are extremely motivational and always ensure we’re pushing ourselves appropriately
Great workouts and the coaches are encouraging. I actually enjoy every session and everyone who attends is super nice as well. Different workouts every day. Studio and equipment are always clean and in service.
I like being able to get in and get my workout done. The coaches at the Princeton OT are great! They are helpful when I have either physical issues and need modifications, or if I have an issue with a piece of equipment. The classes are fun and help me make a little progress every time I come.

The workout is intense. The Coaches are great! Miranda (Langhorne) is A-mazing! If you want an intense workout in an hour, Orange Theory is perfect for you!

It’s constantly changing which means that I’m never stuck on the treadmill (which is hard for me) for more than two minutes without a change
I like the variety you get within a one hour class. You really get a full body workout!
I love the team effort and yet the individual options. I always get a great cardio workout, and I feel comfortable asking for clarification on the floor, when needed.
I get bored easily. I like the fact that the workouts are different each day. It makes the time go by faster as well so I'm not staring at the clock. Lastly the coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging and engaged in seeing us succeed and do the workouts safely.
