the coaches! and that it’s designed for you already. i struggle with gyms where you have to show up and create your own plan. i don’t feel like im getting a proper workout that way, or hitting everything i need to get back in shape. i love that i feel like i get a full body workout in a quick hour time slot. i like that is pushes you yet you’re still at your own level. i also enjoy the time selections available.. the only time i can get to a gym during the week is during my lunch break and they have that time slot— which a lot of gyms don’t.

How the coaches encourage you to be your best!
It’s a full body workout that makes you feel accomplished afterwards. You can set your own goals and achieve them. The coaches are very helpful and approachable with questions. The thought of starting can be daunting but once you get the first class under your belt it’s great!
Motivation
The coaches are very friendly and although the workouts are in a group, the coaches pay attention to individuals also
I like that every day is a different workout style and exercise. I like that running and rowing are used in most of the classes. I like that I don't have to compete for equipment when I go to class.

It’s an amazing workout and I can’t believe I didn’t join sooner! Michael’s energy in his classes is quite motivational and I feel like I need to work harder! All the coaches are great and the gym is super clean! As soon as I leave my class I’m looking forward to the next time that I’ll be back!
