the variety
Different every class, always challenging. Get most bang for the buck by combining cardio and weights in 1 hour. Def saw a huge difference in my muscles after 2-3 months. Coaches are great and motivating to push harder than I would in my own.
Fun, Effective and Engaging
Coach lead with lots of options to push myself
It's vigorous, supportive, and instructive. I love getting stronger and building stamina with such knowledgable and kind coaches!
I love the community. Everyone is so kind and fun to workout with. The workout is always worth it. I've never once said to myself "I wish I skipped this workout " once I finished the class. I love everything about it.
Laura is fantastic.
Love the environment, coaches, workouts, motivation and challenges. On the floor workout, I would like to see the muscle group highlighted based on each exercise we do. Example, doing a RDL, the muscle group of hamstrings would be highlighted to show what you are working on.
The trainers are awesome. They all provide guidance, support, encouragement, and drive you to push your limits. Love the variety of the work outs. Keeps me engaged and motivated to keep coming.
The positive vibe lifts my spirits and keeps me coming back!
OTF is so unique. It’s mindless and causes you to push yourself so much more than working out alone. The coaches are amazing and very motivational
Your being told exactly what you need to do without having to search and figure out what to do yourself!
It incorporates multiple aspects of working out and the coaches are very supportive and energizing
Coaches are encouraging and helpful
Group exercise is motivating for me to push myself. I like doing free weights with an instructor because they have the knowledge to make sure I have correct form and to challenge me.
I like that it’s a group workout, but you can still go at your own individual pace. I also like the in studio lighting not necessarily the orange but I like that it’s a little bit more dim lit so you’re not fully on display.
Coaches and friendly atmosphere. Always motivates to improve.
Everything...perfect way to get cardio and strength both in that 60mins class. Every class pushes you to set new challenge as permitted by your body.
I feel as though I am getting an intense, well-rounded workout in an hour and the splat point system backs that up.
Nice people. Great energy. Can’t get enough :)
Every coach and SA at NoLibs is super supportive of our fitness and wellness goals. The energy in class is always amazing - great music, lots of cheering/support from the coach, and members are friends. Also this is one of the cleanest OTF studios. I travel across the country for work and visit many OTF's but none are as spotless as NoLibs!
There is clear structure to the classes. I know and trust that my coaches know what they are doing and guide the class accordingly. They offer individual feedback and encouragement, they get to know you and help you in the ways you need/want. They make each class fun and challenging and I feel part of the OTF Easton family!
I LOVE that there is a structured template each day; I can go in, follow the directions, and get guidance from dedicated and encouraging coaches. No one is bullying me to set up personal training sessions; there are just kind folks helping me not injure myself and reach/crush my goals. I'm watching my body respond and transform in ways beyond my goals - the mental piece of this is just as rewarding as the physical. I always knew I could do hard things mentally, but today, I can do the physically hard ones as well; that wasn't always the case. I would recommend anyone looking to start here.
I love the variety of exercises we do and how my results are tracked so I can physically see my progress over time. I also love how my heart monitory shows how hard I'm pushing myself. The random benchmarks sprinkled throughout the calendar also give me a goal to push towards, like the next mile on March 20 (?) I think!
I'm not on social media, so was not aware there also was a leader board. Up until now, it was "you against you". Now it's me against my peers. I'm pretty competitive.
Good overall baseline workout. More core would be helpful -- standard five minutes at the end with everyone would be an excellent addition.
Orange Theory is a great way to keep in shape during the cold months, for us. We do boot camp and Vinyasa Yoga during the summer and fall. When we are in Malvern, OT is a great variety of strength and endurance exercising, with a great set of coaches and music to keep you motivated to do your best every visit.
Great coaching team: fun, funny, motivating, know how to deal with us
You get the most in an hour
I love the heat rate monitor with the technology and information/data that is the ultimate tool that you can use to measure how well you're doing with your workouts. The reports I get after every workout make me want to beat my last record, which continues to make me want to do better!
The app is user-friendly. You must book all your classes, which holds you accountable, which is a game changer for me.
All of these tools are the ultimate motivator!
The coaching is another unique plus that makes the exercise worthwhile! It’s not a typical boring gym workout! It assists you with coaching you through & pushing you through each workout. Your trainer, but in a group setting. It helps to have someone there to ask questions, giving you the freedom to do the workout! It works for beginners and advanced. If you have any limitations, it's nice that they welcome those people, especially me, having had two surgeries in a year!
It's a lot of fun!
I love everything about Orange Theory! It's a well-thought-out program and concept.
My only complaint is why didn't I start sooner!
Being very out of shape, I was looking for some thing that would challenge me, and be enjoyable. The coaches have an amazing ability to bounce between everyone and give tips to help improve form when lifting weights and encouragement went on the treadmill. Alex, Miranda, Jesse, Jacqueline, and Brenton all have been there to encourage me and make me come back. While each has their own style, I know they are there to help me reach my goals. This is the first time I’ve ever taken a class like this and worked with free weights. I truly appreciate them. I have even added coming to a third class weekly when I originally signed up with the thought of only doing two a week. The strength 50 class is perfect for my balance of aerobics the other two days. Let them know that they empower a middle-aged woman in a workout skirt. Please let them know how much they are appreciated by me.
