I love the workout and the coaches — it’s a great experience!
Having someone to be accountable to, a bunch of friendly faces and great team members for each workout. Makes it a pleasure to come in and celebrate a powerful start to the day with everyone. Earning splat points each workout keeps me pushing to try and beat my score yesterday. Thanks for the workout!
"1-2 over base" or "push" are not as helpful to me as targets like "try and get to 26-28 strokes" "maintain certain watts / split time" "max out reps at 6" etc. Trying to incorporate that type of guidance is always a more enjoyable class. Keep up the monthly themed classes, those are fun.
Whenever you come in, you know you’re going to get a great workout! It allows you to release all the stresses of the day and leave with no regrets.
I love how challenging the workouts are everyday! I also love that they are always different workouts that push me to the limit whether it be Power, Strength, or Endurance there is a reason why the Template is set up….Its not random it’s to make me, “The very best version of me”.
I also think repeating the workouts is awesome! I save all my workouts so when repeat time comes around I look at what I did the 1st time, and set my goal to surpass what zi did the 1st time.

Since combining with the Wharf, the new coaches have been hit or miss - especially for the mid-week morning schedule.
By far, the best circuit training and coaches the entire staff is fantastic. I have nothing but fabulous things to say. They are so warm welcoming. It’s like a little home away from home. Highly highly recommend this place.

Good music, supportive instructors, wide variety of class time.
It’s a safe place where I don’t have to make decisions and it’s tailored to everyone at an individual level.

Never in a million years did I think I could ever look forward to going to any gym for any type of workout, yet here I am, craving it week after week. The workouts are fun, but it's the coaches that make it *chef's kiss*.

Absolutely everything! I love that every class is a full body workout from the treadmill to the rower to weights. I always leave feeling better than I did when I walked in, not to mention stronger & the sense of accomplishment!
There isn’t anything I don’t like about the workout. I love the fact that it is different every time, I love the coaches and I love the community that has been built because of it. Even if you’ve had to take a few days or a few weeks off, when you come back, you’re welcomed with open arms and it’s like you’ve never left… well, that’s until the next day, then you feel it lol
Orange Theory workouts are designed to be challenging, so make sure am working at a level that feels appropriately difficult for me. I am paying attention to my form during exercises to ensure i am performing them correctly and safely.
Also taking note of any improvements in my fitness level, such as increased endurance, strength, or weight loss.
Love Orange Theory workouts typically they mix cardio and strength exercises to keep things interesting and challenge different muscle group.
Overall, i am feeling challenged, making progress, and enjoying the workouts.

1. It's an hour. I can do anything for an hour.
2. I don't have to think about what I'm going to do when I get there.
3. The weight routines are varied; I work every part of my body and I don't get bored.
4. The other more advanced people in the class inspire me with their energy.
5. If I'm having a low energy day, or I need to step it down for a minute, there's zero pressure.

Great overall workout with awesome coaches! I was injured this past year and all the coaches ensured I had alternate workouts when needed. Plus, all the OTF workouts made me hit my goals on my bike. Couldn’t recommend it more to anyone!
