Clean, fun, challenging, strength and endurance building are just a few of the ways I would describe Orange Theory. Love it!
I am a Pilates gal. I hang with Pilates gals. I love the intensity and drive of OT but not sure my gals would.
The friendly atmsophere. The coaches are great. And the members take on the tone you set in kindness.
The coaches are AMAZING! The atmosphere is incredible and everyone hypes you up! You don’t have to walk in and feel like you’re being judged, everyone is there competing against themselves.
ZACH BRYANT! Best coach ever! I have tried every workout in NYC.. Barry’s boot camp, Tracy Anderson, Soul cycle, Fhitting room etc and Zach is by far the best coach I’ve ever had. Motivates the room to work hard, push ourselves, great energy! I have been a member for over a year and keep coming back, he keeps the class feeling fresh and fun!

Accountability
Prefer the shorter sharper sessions.
But the team in Leamington are lovely and friendly and the studio is great.
Left many voicemails cannot get ahold of anybody.
The workout was pretty intense in a good way, but it took me some time to determine what weights I should be using for which parts. More personalized attention might have meant less fishing around and more HIIT. Also, the ab parts of the class were beginner level, whereas I thought the rest was solid.
Y’all are great! Favorite studio in the area! I only said 7 on the likely score is because most people I recommend. Orangetheory to think it sounds too intense. 🤣
The coaches have great energy/music, know your name, and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. The workout is challenging but makes you feel great after. I love knowing the quality will be there no matter what class you go to on what day.

Self-paced
No class descriptions on the website. No studio information on the website (showers, facilities etc). The only way to get this info seems to be to go in, which then becomes a sales thing.
I love the different work outs. I love the atmosphere. I love how the coaches push us but also always filling us with positive affirmations. The music is great && love working along side people that are working towards being better versions of themselves!
The energy of the staff and I feel like I get a balanced workout.
As good as the OTF fitness program is, as rigid as their policy is.
If find the downside here is the inflexibility with class cancelation policy.
Rules must be applied to better respect the class booking absolutely agree however, when it comes to last minute emergency, i find it illogical to apply penalties or cancellation fee.

Personal guidance and very warm atmosphere
I love that it's a team event yet at the same time an individual effort. I'm motivated by the others in the class, and not intimidated if we are not going at the same pace. It's a difficult workout and I know I've accomplished something impactful when I finish. Love the vibe of the studio, low lights, music, and coaches! I especially love seeing my progress on the monitor - splat points!! All of it is motivating and my body shows the results of my hard work.
I like that the workouts are always changing and challenging me in new ways. Every workout is a new opportunity to improve myself!
